Your responsibilities:

• Administering the online shop, including updating product information, prices, and inventory management.
• Conducting marketing activities such as search engine optimization, online advertising, and email marketing.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales figures and deriving optimization measures.
• Conducting tests to improve user experience and conversion rate.
• Monitoring customer communication and handling customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Completed training or degree in the field of e-commerce, online marketing, or similar.
• At least one year of professional experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of Shopware and experience in customer communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and common online marketing tools.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization and experience in analyzing sales figures.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented work approach and high self-motivation.
